Malawian agripreneur Febbie Kandaya uses solar irrigation to cultivate bananas, oranges, and peppers year-round, aiming to become a mentor for young farmers. Her goal is to combat youth unemployment and reduce Malawi’s reliance on imported crops, demonstrating how agroecology and employment promotion can drive transformative change in Sub-Saharan Africa’s agriculture.
