Accelerated Growth: How targeted business development services transform SMEs

This factsheet explores a targeted business acceleration program designed to boost the performance and investment readiness of high-potential agri-SMEs in emerging markets. Developed by Agri-Jobs 4 Youth in partnership with Afriscope Research Ltd and implemented with various local institutions, the program provided services focused on strategy, structures, sustainability, and scalability, as well as inclusive contract farming and practical business linkages with a focus on promoting employment for rural youth and women. Participants achieved increased revenue, expanded market reach, strengthened resiliency, and became more attractive to investors.
