This publication presents a clear and accessible overview of key results, learnings, and recommendations from seven years of developing and applying the 360° AgriJobs Approach in rural areas across Burkina Faso, Kenya, Malawi, and Mozambique. It brings together findings from quantitative and qualitative monitoring and a final evaluative study. By taking a holistic view of all labor market aspects this adaptable, four pillar approach enabled the global project to partially overachieve its targets, creating more employment opportunities than anticipated.
