This handbook, based on support processes for youth organizations in Western Kenya, provides a step-by-step guide to strengthen similar groups and networks elsewhere. It offers practical templates, tools, and workshop formats used in Kenya, tailored for local facilitators and project staff, including those without extensive organizational development experience. The handbook includes practical tips, insights from Kenyan experiences, and an annex with additional resources, serving as a useful reference for both facilitators and youth organizations. Strengthening these organizations can enhance rural development by empowering young entrepreneurs, improving bargaining positions, and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, with particular benefits for young women and broader rural communities.
